Will my design look exactly like the picture shown?

We always aim to match the photo exactly. However, since we work with fresh nature, availability changes with the seasons and weather. If we need to swap a specific flower or wrapping, we promise to keep the overall style and color palette the same, using blooms of equal or higher value. Thanks for understanding!

Can I request an specific delivery time?

While we always do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to our optimized daily delivery routes. To help ensure a smooth and timely delivery, please provide a contact phone number for the recipient.

At what time will my order be delivered?

Most of our orders arrive before 3:30 PM. However, deliveries to further areas—such as Surrey, Langley, Maple Ridge, White Rock, and Pitt Meadows—are usually scheduled for after 4:00 PM."
