We Honour our History

Adele-Rae Florist has a long history, dating back to 1963, when it was first opened by Vera Banner. The business was later passed down to Kathy Hanson in the 1970’s. For decades, the Hanson family provided top-quality flowers and excellent customer service. The Business Continues to Blossom

In 2018, the business was passed down to Nina Koba. Nina, an award-winning visual artist and art floral designer, adds a personal touch to every experience at Adele-Rae Florist. Our proud flower shop was voted “The Best in Burnaby” each year from 2000 to 2013, 2015, and 2016. Also in 2019 the Burnaby Board of Trade nominated Adele Rae Floral Art and Design for the " Burnaby Business Excellence Awards 2019 ". Also voted as best delivery service to North Vancouver BBC. As well, on 2022 we received the award for "Most Creative Design" at the Floral Installation Art Show in Downtown Vancouver, Noel 2022 by Fleurs de Villes.
