Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, please call us at 604-299-0585 or email at flowers@adeleraeflorist.com . All claims must be made the same day flowers were delivered, we do not accept claims made on the following days. We will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your order.

We won’t accept any claims and refunds on any of these products after they have been delivered:

  • Funeral Flowers Collection
  • Edibles as chocolates, dragees, candies, fruit baskets, etc.

Funeral & Sympathy Flowers Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may shift during difficult times. However, our funeral and sympathy tributes often require us to special-order premium, specific blooms well in advance to ensure the highest quality for your service.

To fairly cover the cost of these specialized pre-orders, we enforce the following tiered cancellation policy for all sympathy arrangements:

  • 4 or more days' notice: Cancellations made at least 4 days prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a 100% full refund.
  • 48 to 72 hours' notice: Cancellations made 2 to 3 days before the delivery date will receive a 50% refund. (At this stage, your specialized flowers have already been ordered and are in transit to our shop).
  • 24 hours or less notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery date are non-refundable. (By this time, your flowers have already been fully processed, cut, and arranged specifically for your order).
