Does the bouquet come with a vase?

No, this subscription includes hand-tied floral bouquets only (no vase included). Each delivery is carefully wrapped in our signature style and includes floral food—ready for you or your recipient to cut the stems and place straight into a favorite vase at home or in the office.

Will my delivery look exactly like the photo?

The photos serve as reference examples of our bouquet style, flower quality, and size scale. Because we work with nature, your bouquet will feature a fresh, rotating selection of peak-season stems and colour palettes each time. Every delivery is a unique, seasonal surprise!

How flexible is the subscription? Can I pause or cancel?

Completely flexible! You are never locked into a long-term contract. From your account dashboard, you can easily skip a delivery, change your delivery frequency, pause your subscription while on vacation, or cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.

How does delivery work and how much does it cost?

We hand-deliver your fresh flowers on your chosen schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Standard local delivery rates apply based on the delivery postal code at checkout.

Can I select a specific delivery date and time?

You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout (we deliver Monday through Saturday). However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times as our courier routes are optimized daily. Deliveries take place during regular business/daytime hours.

Please note: We do not deliver on Sundays or Statutory Holidays. If your scheduled delivery falls on one of these days, it will be delivered on the next available business day.

Can I choose specific flowers?

Our subscriptions feature fresh, rotating seasonal blooms. While we can’t guarantee specific flowers, you can leave your preferences or favourite colours in the order notes! If they’re in season and available in our shop, we’ll gladly do our best to include them.
