However, it may be necessary to make flower or paper colour substitutions due to factors such as seasonality, availability, weather conditions, or market shortages. If floral substitutions are necessary, we will ensure that the overall style, theme, and colour palette of the floral arrangement is maintained and that any substituted flowers are of equal or higher value. What if I don't know the exact time of the funeral service?

No problem. Just leave the service time field blank during checkout. Our delivery team will call the funeral home, church, or service venue directly to confirm the exact schedule and ensure your flowers arrive well before the viewing or service begins. Just make sure we have the correct name of the deceased.

Can I customize the flower colours or types in this arrangement?

Yes. If you prefer a different color palette (e.g., soft whites, pastels, or bright jewel tones) or specific flowers, please leave your request in the order notes at checkout or call us at 604-299-0585. If we cannot accommodate a specific flower due to seasonal availability, we will contact you immediately.

Will the arrangement look exactly like the photo?

We strive to replicate the design as closely as possible. Because we work with fresh, seasonal blooms, minor substitutions of equal or higher value may occur while keeping the exact colour palette, shape, and overall luxury size intact.

How far in advance do I need to place a funeral flower order?

For large formal arrangements like casket sprays and standing sprays, we recommend ordering 24 to 48 hours in advance so our florists can source peak-quality blooms. However, we do offer same-day delivery for local funeral homes in Greater Vancouver for orders placed before 12:00 PM.

Where will you deliver the flowers?

We deliver directly to all funeral homes, places of worship, chapels, and cemeteries across Burnaby, Vancouver, Coquitlam, and the Lower Mainland, including Forest Lawn, Ocean View, Bell & Burnaby, Glenhaven, Kearneys Funeral Home, and more.

Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?

If you prefer to pick up your order you can pick it up in our flower shop at 4714 Hastings St. in Burnaby, BC

What is the difference between As Shown and Luxury Size?

The As Shown option reflects the exact scale pictured in the product photo. Upgrading to Luxury increases the overall physical size and density of the arrangement—our floral team adds significantly more premium blooms and lush greenery to create a fuller, grander, and more impactful tribute piece.
