The Bora Bora Planter showcases the striking botanical artistry of the pinstripe Calathea (Calathea ornata), celebrated for its deep emerald foliage brushed with delicate rose-pink stripes and rich purple undersides. Potted in an 8-inch wide by 14-inch tall neutral pedestal bowl and topped with crisp white decorative stones, this sculptural arrangement brings refined texture and quiet luxury to any console table, desk, or mantle.

Often cherished as a prayer plant for the subtle way its leaves shift and fold with the changing daylight, this tropical evergreen is a timeless, enduring alternative to fresh-cut flowers. Its lush foliage and natural air-purifying qualities make it an ideal gift for housewarmings, promotions, and executive office styling, as well as a comforting sympathy tribute offering a living symbol of peace and remembrance.

Each specimen is individually selected and hand-planted by our botanical designers at Adele Rae Florist (4714 Hastings St., Burnaby). For custom planter requests, corporate installations, or personal assistance with sympathy orders, our design team is readily available at 604-299-0585.

What our customers say

My niece in Burnaby had a birthday this week so I wanted to send her flowers. I am on the east coast of the US. I did some research and came acreoss Adele Rae Florist. Buying flowers sight unseen was a concern. It need not have been. The flowers were delivered on time and the bouquet was beautiful. I will for sure be ordering flowers from Adele Rae again.
