How does the flower subscription work?

It’s simple! You select your preferred delivery frequency (every 2 weeks, monthly, or yearly) and we handle the rest. You will be automatically billed and a fresh, seasonal flower arrangement or bouquet will be delivered to your door according to your schedule. You can pause or cancel anytime.

What kind of flowers will I receive?

Our floral designs are truly seasonal. This means we hand-select the freshest blooms available at the time of your delivery to match the current season (Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter). While the photos on our website are a reference for our style and quality, the specific flowers and colours in your arrangement or bouquet will rotate to celebrate the best of what nature has to offer that week.

Do these arrangements come in a vase?

If the picture you are looking has a vase, then it will come in a vase, but if there is no vase in the picture, it means you will send a cut flower wrapped bouquet.

At what time will my order be delivered?

Most of our orders are delivered before 3:30 PM, however areas like Surrey, Langley, Maple Ridge, White Rock and Pitt Meadows, are usually delivered after 4 PM.

Can I skip a delivery or pause my subscription?

Absolutely. You have complete control over your subscription. If you are going on vacation or need to skip a specific week, simply log in to your account to pause or skip a delivery. You can also cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.

Is there a discount for subscribing?

Can I customize the style or flowers?

What happens if I need to change my delivery address?

No problem! You can update your delivery information by logging into your account. Please make sure to make these changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery to ensure our drivers have the correct info.

How is payment handled?

Your credit card will be charged automatically based on the frequency you chose (e.g., every 2 weeks or every month). You only pay for each delivery as it happens, not all at once.
